Beaconhouse National University is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Director, Human Resources to oversee HR operations. The role entails formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures, organizing employee training and development initiatives, devising and executing performance appraisal and incentive systems, managing recruitment and selection, supervising compensation and benefits plans, handling disciplinary matters and grievances, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and statutory bodies, including HEC, and developing HRIS modules with in-house software team.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Management Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in leading Human Resource functions. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have experience in an academic setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
